The Zachary Tellier Hero WOD is a bodyweight workout created in honor of U.S. Army Sgt. Zachary D. Tellier, who died in combat on September 29, 2007, in Afghanistan. This workout is designed to test endurance, mental toughness, and full-body stamina, progressing through increasingly difficult bodyweight movements.
